We HAD to bring back the girls for a beginner TABATA workout, and they did not disappoint!

Todays workout is a full body Tabata Workout. It is 15 mins long and tons of fun! Make sure to take this workout at your own pace- there is no need to rush or do exercises that you are not yet comfortable with. Keep your body moving, and if you need to, replace exercises with walking on the spot.

Our goal today is to get our heart rate up and to have a great time!

A week ago today I began your workout routines. I started at beginners because I’m very over weight and I’ve always had an issue with over doing workouts because I thought it would help me lose weight faster. Today is day 7 and I just completed this workout and I’ve been so proud of myself. I wake up every morning just to get ready for your videos. They help get me through my day. I’ve been super depressed and have been a complete couch potato for the past few months. That was until my mother sent me one of your videos and I immediately fell in love. I am on week 4 of your videos 5 days a week, and this is a message for anyone starting out. YOU WILL GET BETTER. I started off doing the low impact/slow version of every move. Last week, I started to pick up my speed and endurance. This week, I have the same energy as Jo 😭😭😭😭 never in a million years did I imagine this. I just pick a workout from her page and do 1 every weekday. I'll check back in 3 months from now ❤

I am 62 years old and decided I wanted to get into better shape. I work from home so no excuses right? I have been following for the past few days and LOVE your work outs! Hello my name is Maggie, I am 57 yrs old and a 100lbs overweight. For the most part of my life I exercised and ate healthy. The past 6 yrs I have stopped my routines, exercise, eating right etc and I’ve become a couch potato. I now have a 9 month old grandson with another on the way and I am their full time babysitter ( which I volunteer to do and I love it ). However I need energy and strength to get back to a heathy weight. I was watching videos on my phone in bed one night after the baby was asleep and I came across your videos. The next day I did the 20 low impact and I was surprised that I was able to complete the entire 20 minutes and still be able to breathe (haha). I was excited to see this new 15 min video because I have to be able to complete a workout in 20 mins or less. I am excited to begin a journey of becoming a better and healthier grandma. Thank you and the girls working out with you, you all are a hoot to spend 15mins a day with.

I'm one week into working out with your videos and I have to say, I feel really proud of myself and I'm already starting to feel a little stronger and noticing I could do moves today that I couldn't last week. I have such a hard time sticking to routines, but I'm determined to do these at least 5 days a week for February. In the kind of person who loses sight of the big picture when I don't have trackable changes, so I'm hopeful that a bug push this month will give me at least a glimmer of improvement I can cling to in order to stay motivated.

Hi. I am 60 years old and I haven’t worked out in a few years, well more than a few years. The only exercise I get is walking with my dogs. I actually made it through the entire routine. I did have to make a few adjustments, but I did it!!!! I’ve been looking for someone like you for a very long time. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!💕
