Have just started home workouts less than a week ago and after searched for several famous female fitness YouTubers I think you are the best out of them. Good music and clean background, no talking and your body shape inspires me to do your workouts.

I discovered your channel with your 4 min tabata workout on survivor song. Back then I used to take breaks during the four minute workout and now I'm able to do your 12 and 15 min ones without any break. I'm completely in your debt for bringing me this far in my fitness journey. Love you Anna.

For the first time in my life, I can clearly see my abs and do real pushups, thanks to your workouts. Never expected this to happen seven months after having my third baby, and one of these workouts per day, along with a clean diet, is literally all that I do. And I don't even use weights!

Here is my fitness progress: I've been doing Anna's workouts since gyms in the Netherlands closed in December. Today gyms opened and I had the chance to weigh myself for a first time after months of home workouts. I've gained 9% muscles (from 66 to 77%) and lost around 10% fat (from 30 to 19%). Let's forget about the numbers, I feel stronger and happier! And I thought home workouts wouldn't work! Thank you so much Anna, your workouts are magical! <3

It's awesome. I like Tabata but I need to modify it with low impact. I do some jumping but then I slow down without the jumping. This is really good for your abbs. WOW! Thank you.

Okay im commiting to it for atleast 10 days y'all please motivate 😭😭
I've done day 1 i didn't find it extremely hard but it was a good burn
Day 2 ✅ it was fun and a good burn for sure
