I can't begin to express how spot on these signs are.

Now, I'm on the road of taking into action of improving myself, all the while without compromising the love towards myself. I sleep and wake up early every morning, fill my daylight hours with productive activities: morning jogs, cook my own healthy meals for the family, took up on painting again, groom myself well even when I'd just be staying home, enjoy little treats whenever I did something that brings me joy, learn new knowledge, allowed myself to get things that I have always longed for, and have more mindfulness and presence in real time to spend with myself, my family and doing things that I love.

I noticed that not only that my self esteem and happiness has greatly improved, but it also changes the way I look. People I know has remarked how the radiance is much more noticeable now, a result of being a happier, more confident me. It's the small things which often requires a change of habit and self reflection that made me made it this far.

I'm currently a healthy adult, both physically and mentally. That's my biggest flex 😂
