It’s weird that I’ve been sad for so long that I don’t even factor myself in as a person most times. It’s like I’m not really exist, im just watching life as it goes along, without really having any control over what I’m doing.

It's wild how much stress can sneak up on you too, the hustle becomes the normal and next thing you know youre doom scrolling for hours because you dont have the energy to even start the to-do list. the mind and body really force people to take breaks sometimes. great video ❤️

I recently got 3 weeks off of work for the holidays and let me tell you. It was the happiest ive ever been. No pressures, I even cooked every day. Painted my shed and even got into sewing. Its over now tho and i can feel it fading away. I don't wanna work. I have so much passion but work creates an 8 hour block across 5 days. Im gonna lose my mind again.

Thank you for this video. I needed this. I quit my job cuz my mental and physical health is deteriorating. All of these are my symptoms. I need to take a break. I hope I can get work again after the break..
