I am 6'11" and have be struggling with upper back pain for years now. The pain is between the shoulder blades. I've been told that the muscle is actually pulling my ribs out of place. I am going to give these exercises a try when I get home after a hot shower. Thanks for posting.

Thank you so much Dr.! I’ve been in upper back pain for 14 years now and it keeps getting worse. I tried all the exercises and the stretching feels amazing and the exercises showed me what I need to work on. I hope to find a solution with this video. ❤
