I've been doing these stretches for a few days now and I love the energy and improved blood flow I've experienced since I started doing them. The only thing that I wish is that he put a timer on screen and performed them on video for me to follow along with. Also, during the table stretch he says to keep your core tight at the end of the stretch, so I think I could have done it better knowing that from the beginning. That said, I love this video and I'm happy to add it to my morning routine. Thank you, Coach Leon!

I was diagnosed with cervicalgia and this helped ease my back pain I was having this evening. I highly recommend this video for people with back pain.

WOW! How have I missed this video? I have been searching FOR SEVERAL YEARS, for exactly these type of stretches for my upper back! These hit the zones that have been so tense and painful, for SO long. Thank you so much!

These are great stretches but you go to fast. Don’t give enough time for each side. I recommend going slowly in accordance with the amount of time that you want us to hold the stretch so that we don’t have to keep replaying the video to see what’s next or what we missed

I've been having trouble with muscle tightness in my upper back for ages. Pharmacist recommended doing some stretches to try to loosen up the muscles but I've always had trouble finding stretches specific to upper back problems, I mostly find stuff for lower back problems. I'm so glad I've found this video as it's really helped a lot.

Not going to lie, whenever I’m in too much pain I always do this and another stretch video before bed.

I’ve got bad chronic pain and it kind of helps for a period of time for the painkillers and sleeping meds to kick in and take me to bed haha😊
