🔝The hips are, (in my opinion), one of the most important joints that need to be worked on regularly to maintain your joint health & mobility.

Here’s your weekly dose of mobility!

The combo:
Plank Hip Flexion / Extension + Lizard Hamstring Stretch

This exercise works on active hip flexion and extension, then moves into a dynamic hip flexor and hamstring stretch💪

I recommend adding this into your routine a few times a week!
