Time is of the essence and these days I don’t have a lot of extra time so it’s very nice when I come up a solid mobility combo that hits a little of everything.
This one works hits the shoulders and thoracic spine!
Quadruped Shoulder CAR to Thoracic Reach Throughs are a great way to work on shoulder and thoracic spine mobility.
I would do 1-2 sets of 8-12 reps here a few times a week to maintain shoulder health!
