Plank knees to elbows- 30 seconds
Repeat 1 more time

Workout:
Push-ups- 15x
Half burbees - 10x

I love that you give advice on how to break it down in easier steps. Let’s be honest, people can be at very different levels as a beginner. People out there who feel like they cannot do this, just start with 1 or 2 reps. Listen to your body and build up slow and steady and rest. Consistency is key! 💪🏻😎

A good push up alternative for people that cannot do complete push ups. Put your knees to the ground in the push up possition, but keep your body strait still
