Practice yoga in the morning to awaken your senses, tap into your breath, and get your blood flowing for increased energy, focus, and a great start to your day!

Practicing yoga in the morning is the perfect way to start your day. Yoga helps awaken your senses, tap into your breathing and the present moment, and get your blood flowing. All of these things will give you a boost of energy, will help increase your focus and mental clarity, and will help you face whatever challenges come your way.

Remember - you can always pause the video if you need to take a break, or if you choose to take a longer savasana. Your yoga practice is always yours to make what you want and need that day. Add on if you want more of a challenge, or back off if you need a more gentle practice.

Most importantly, smile, breathe deeply, and know that you’re doing something amazing for yourself every time you start your day with morning yoga. Namaste!

I keep coming back to this class! Ashton, your pacing and direction, the flow of the sequence... it’s all just so perfect. Gets me out of morning grogginess and into a positive and focused headspace. Thank you!!!

The flow was awesome, but I think you should mention that this sequence is more for advanced yogis otherwise a beginner could get easily injured. I am a teacher too and I was quiet surprised by the suddenly changing speed flow, which waked me up but I think a beginner is overwhelmed. Thank you so much for this flow Ashton, you made my day! Looking forward too see more of you on instagram and youtube :)

Ashton, I honestly ❤ all of your videos. This morning flow is absolutely perfect. Really enjoyed the gentle start (I would totally start this in bed, but my partner is a later riser than I am) and the flows. One of my favorite poses of all time is the wide legged forward fold with shoulder opener; it was so yummy to start my day with that! This sequence is the perfect balance of opening, strengthening, twisting, and stretching! Your instruction is flawless! Ah, love it! I'm excited to see what you roll out next. 😊 Namaste. 🙏

I loved this, Ashton is my new favorite yoga instructor ♥️
I just have a suggestion. When you're doing these energetic flows with quick changes in position, it might be good not to switch them up during so much. You're great at giving instructions that can be followed without looking at the screen, but when it's a pretty rapid flow, with new movements, and we're listening to this on a phone or tablet while moving, it can be hard to keep up with all the variations.
Other than that, thank you for your awesome videos! 🙏

Oh Ashton! I love practicing with you. It’s a lazy late morning following my birthday yesterday (no big party this time, just lots of outdoors and slow meanderings) and this sequence was JUST perfect for the mood. I like how your firm Yin element is infused with a gentle Yang essence. Thank you for your kindness in making and sharing this.
