Mine starts with running to the bathroom at 5am when I realise I'm leaking, try not to drip blood down the hallway, realise I left my moon cup in the bedroom.
Immediately 3 children under 5 years of age start bombarding me with demands and requests while I open the curtains and make some coffee and get breakfast going.
It's a different world lol

I’ve always had horrible back pain on my period. I’ve tried everything to stop it, nothings helped, not even prescription painkillers. After I started just eating healthy (fruits/veggies, not as much junky food), staying hydrated with water, and sleeping a good amount, my period was the best I ever had. I bled so little, and only for about three days. And my back pain was barely there! I think with light exercise it would’ve just been better. So a routine truly does help.
