My alarm is a group of people giving an applause and 'woohooo-ing' me. It always gives me a smile when i hear it cause its so 'dumb' but it actually works ❤

Hi!this might be super random but I fell on your YouTube while I was searching on how to become the best version of myself. You’re a lot younger than me, but what you portray and share with everyone as exactly what I needed and I wanted to thank you for that. For years, I’ve been struggling to find who I am, and I’ve been stuck in a rut for so long after losing the love of my life, losing my youngest son, and losing my best friend in the span of five years. You’re amazing and so inspiring even at a young age having your life together I want to say thank you and I don’t know if you hear that often because you’re used to cheering on others through creation content but I’m proud of you. You live in my favourite city in the world, I took my kids for Christmas and we’re going back in the summer. I just wanted to come on and thank you for everything you do.💜

Tongue scraping is such an important thing to do for your daily oral health. Thank you for sharing that with your followers. Tongue scraping can also prevent frequent sore throats. You don't necessarily need a tongue scraper to get the job done, using a metal spoon works just as well.

I have my alarm set to “Birdsong” on my iPhone. It’s birds chirping! So easy to wake up to. And I love the “what are you doing?! what are you doing?!” on every video! So funny!

I read “Stolen Focus” last year and one thing that it talks about is how important day dreaming and mind wandering is for creativity and memory. I saw a video very recently from darling desi where she has started dedicating 10-20 minutes to day dreaming in the mornings. I’ve found this is so helpful for slowing down and not getting caught up in the unhealthy side of productivity- especially if you do it before looking at your phone!
