Fully agree sun exposure is hugely beneficial as long as you’re careful of the UV level and protect your skin - great video as always!

When you are walking, you aren't just walking, you are getting more oxygen if you are outside, you can listen to an audiobook, you can take in your environment, you are stimulating your creative juices (Sylvia Plath and Charles Dickens walked a lot partly to stimulate their creative processes).
