girl same!!! i cannot STAND a fully cold shower! i feel awful during and after. but a good alternative is taking a nice warm shower, and then for a couple seconds at the end of the shower turning the water cold. i feel really refreshed and nice.

I love a good cold shower after a workout. It feels amazing and is bearable because your body is already very warm.

seeing you listen to your body is so inspirational to me as a 15y/o recovering from orthorexia. i have just recently started eating dark chocolate sometimes on its own and i want you to know that your videos marked my transition from cardio and bodyweight training (which i had to force myself to do and did with the goal of becoming smaller) to strength and weight training. i now go to the gym 5 days a week for primarily strength training (2 cardio days) and i have been bodybuilding for about a year. i am in love with my body. thank you for all that you do.

Yes i had the same experience. Cold water triggers terrible anxiety and a deep fear response that lingers all day and then eve. Increases over time as i fear the shower the shower the next day as i know whats coming and how upset the fear response will make me. My life is calmer without them personally

Walks are literally the best thing I could have started doing regurarly.
No matter if it’s winter or summer, good 15K steps walk with a podcast in my ears in pure gold
