Welcome to this 20 minute Sankalpa Meditation with Ally Boothroyd, this guided meditation is meant to connect you to your Heart’s Intention, your Heart’s Desire (your Sankalpa). This guided meditation includes a few minutes of “box breathing” or sama vritti pranayama. This breathing technique soothes the nervous system and calms the mind.
In this 20 minute guided meditation for connecting to your intention, Yoga Nidra Teacher & Guide Ally Boothroyd guides you through a breathing exercise (pranamaya) that uses equal breaths and breath retentions and then into an intention setting meditation.
