35 Minute Yoga Nidra to Trust in Life, Develop Trust Within Oneself and Trust in the Universe. Join Ally in this guided yoga nidra practice to help you relax, let go of the thinking mind, and harness a deep sense of trust from within. When we can find trust within and trust our intuition, we can then develop a deep trust in the universe. Trust within and trust without. As you relax back into the state of yoga nidra, trust that you are held and that what is meant to be revealed with be shown to you and what is not meant for you will fade and fall away.

Yoga nidra is an effortless form of guided meditation used to bring one into the deepest states of relaxation or light altered consciousness, yet with an acute sense of awareness still present. A rejuvenating state of wakeful sleep or conscious sleep where we gain access to the subconscious mind and are able to gaze upon it with curiosity and the ability to see what it serving us well and what we can let go of. Trust, that in the process of deep rest, the body knows what it needs and knows how to let go. All you need to do, is listen.

This practice is designed to help you plant the seed of Sankulpa or intention, to find trust within and trust without.

This 35 minute yoga nidra with gentle rain and Costa Rican Rainforest sounds is guided by Ally Boothroyd of Sarovara Yoga and The School of Living Yoga. You can think of this Yoga Nidra like a multilayered experience for your physical body, your energy body, your mind and emotions, your higher self, and even your spirit/soul. This guided yoga nidra includes the wild jungle sounds of Uvita Costa Rica in the night, a soft rain and gentle frog calls to further soothe the nervous system and create a state of deep relaxation through natural jungle sounds. This type of meditation also aids in cellular regeneration and healing, non sleep deep rest, and for those who need it, sleep.

Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness and this is a guided meditation that uses a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. This guidance is meant to take you into a state of yogic sleep that has many benefits including calming the nervous system and activating the parasympathetic (relaxation, rest & digest) response which is so needed in these current times.

This 35 Minute Yoga Nidra is a guided deep relaxation meditation. In this yoga nidra guided meditation to relax you will be guided through a body scan to calm the nervous system, It’s a 35 minute yoga nidra guided relaxation to reboot your whole nervous system. Beautiful practice. I shared this with my newly adopted, traumatized cat. She joined me in my yoga nidra nest, sleeping between my feet. She sighed and stretched with me as the practice came to an end. I believe we have cultivated some trust together today.

Good morning Ally! This is one of my top 3 Yoga Nidra practices! ✨ Thank you! Just completed this practice now. I usually make it a habit of not looking at my phone, texting etc until after I’ve practiced or meditated, to set the tone for my day. Today, I didn’t & replied to texts immediately; noticed it threw me off, I started to feel anxious, & witnessed my mind going into old patterns, along with witnessing how how it impacted me to go straight to communications before “being”, so came to the practice to reset/centre. I’m going through many transitions & feel the Trust practice is helpful, especially when stepping into the unknown. I’m working through the onboarding for the Yoga Nidra Teacher Training. Today’s step is printing tracking sheets, FB group intro, & starting module 1. We had stormy rainy weather & sun’s shining today, so getting out there soon! Have a great day! Namaste 🙏✨💚✨

Trust is definitely something I am working with at the moment. This is another lovely practice. The last year has been extremely difficult health wise and I started practicing with you as part of my therapy. Now my practice is so much part of my day I look forward to doing it and feel it has been a big part of managing my illness and vastly improving my life.

I've been practicing YN since March of 2021... so over 3 years now, after waking, probably between 5 and 7 mornings a week. Fresh Sankulpas come to me frequently. Today this recording inspired... I am holy and I live in trusting myself. Thank you Ally.
