I take vit d supplements because my doctor told me to. I don't feel any different. And i broke 2 bones this year after starting to take them after never breaking any bones in my life.

How can you tell if mushrooms are grown in sunlight? I thought they grew in dark places.

600 IU per day is a sick joke. Adults need thousands of IU to reach ideal levels of 25-D.
If a yogurt has ~100iu, are you really going to eat 20~40 of the things? 🙄
