Beet juice celery and lemon drop blood pressure and reduce hypertension also flax seed powder in tea or coffee even in juices help to reduce blood pressure and hypertension Ceylon cinnamon will also drop blood pressures I do all of them I went from 150/100 to now 117/83 I do so much more activities I ride a bike again and run overall more things getting done feeling great again.😁

Blood pressure could also be anxiety. And some doctors are overprescribing meds when the condition could be white-coat syndrome and not necessarily Hight blood pressure.

A "broccoli and cheese" soup recipe that's good for blood pressure. The ingredients have 4 of her top 6 lists:
1/ Chicken broth
2. boiled white beans (rich in fiber, potassium, magnesium, most any kinds of beans)
3/ spinach (blended, rich in potassium, folate, magnesium)
4/ Garlic (traditional food to lower BP)
5/ Evaporated milk (Vitamin D and calcium)
6/ Cheddar cheese (just for taste only, zero carb, note tat salty cheese can raise BP )
7/ Broccoli (rich in potassium, fiber, magnesium, calcium, vitamin C, amino acid, glutonic acid, glucoraphanin. The AMA says that's the top food to prevent strokes)

I was looking for food and exercises to help lower bp and I saw this video.
I am 45 yrs old and my bp has been spiking high for 3 or 4 weeks now due to stresses around me. Bad neighbors and freakin noise!
I just came from my doctor now and she wants me to take a bp meds but I opted not yet. She said I need to lose some weight.
And I am crying right now coz Im a healthy person, no family history of heart disease and such. Just bcoz of stress lead me to this.
God help me.

Good things. Thank you 🙏 I will try 👏we make murunga leave fry. Lightly fry onions cumin and one chilli then put murunga leaves lightly and eat with rice . I add coconut (scraped) we buy in srilankan’s stores…. Good for eyes our grand parents say . Thank you. I will try spinach and other things what ever you say.🙏👌
