I'm about to head to the store to buy a head of cauliflower to make the nachos recipe you have. Everyone in my house loved it, even my 12-year-old who is all of a sudden super picky now that she's not homeschooled and around other kids lol she was so much easier when she was sheltered😅 I let her pick her lunch, but her meals at home are still going to be nutritious, trying to teach her that balance!

This was me in my first year of living healthy. Five years later, now eating proper traditional food cause it packs more nutrition (from traditional sauces and spices) than bland unseasoned "health" food and smoothies. Plus if you have an air fryer you can eat fried food everyday and still get most of your nutrition from food while keeping low calorie.

How do you keep from getting flatulence from eating eggs? My chickens lay our eggs so I know they’re fresh! We have lots of eggs and eat them every day. I’m gluten intolerant but also seem to have a problem with eggs and my goat milk. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m 59. Hypothyroid because I was born with only a small portion of the thyroid gland. Take Armor daily.

My 5:

1.Low fat kwark 500 gram (Looks like greek yoghurt)
2.Sunflower seeds (30 grams)
3.Whole cucumber( about 350 grams)
4.Chicken or beef (100 grams per day)
5.Eggs (about 1-2 eggs)
