It should be noted that although blueberries are highly rated, after the growing season in the USA is over the berries are imported from Peru and Argentina. Who knows what chemicals are used to keep them fresh and bug free. These berries cannot compete with the domestic ones. Recently I had to throw out the berries from Argentina because it gave me a terrible stomach ache all night.

Good list! Be sure to GRIND up the flaxseeds prior to adding to foods...they are so small that if not chewed properly, they pass right through us.

I look like a pig for at least 11 years. People called me cute and fine but my cousin, who would compare me when she was in the grades and how mine would be at least 10 more pounds.
I've been working out, running, walking, playing sports, and hula hooping and also doing small waist and exercises for me to slim more down. So far it had worked but the thing I realized is or I guess my tips
1. DO NOT EAT LESS! This can cause you to lose energy for the day and without food you wouldn't even be able to do your workout.
2. Drink less sugar and more water. You can lose lot's of wait for this
3. Do exercises you are most comfortable with so find a video you can do in your bed!
4. Stay active in it and don't give up! As they always say " If you bring 100% you will receive 100%! "
5. Eat a big breakfast/lunch and small dinner it would help you slim down
6. Lastly don't have a diet BE THE DIET! Eat healthy all the time!!
7. Do not go check your weight every time you workout, if you do, and you see no results, you would continue to keep on working out even though your tired or anything like that. Instead, have at least an amount of time of hard work then check, then you wouldn't have peer pressure!

Wow this was actually a really good video! I had just seen some videos that were telling people not to eat good foods and they made me mad, but this video was actually very accurate!!!
eat flax seeds, beans, blueberries, broccoli, and spinach these are actually some of my favorite foods to eat!

Thank you! Great video! I recommend people, however, to watch out for pesticides! Buy organic when available, because broccoli, blueberries and especially spinach are normally bathed in pesticides.

I hate fruit. But I have to acquire a raise. I would like to eat these things daily. Plus vitamens. Exercise and get rid of sodas.

Foods highh in vitamin K aren't recommend  for those on warfarin therapy.  You can eat them if you are careful to east the some amount over time, so the warfarin dose can be adjusted to compensate.

Yes, flex seeds must be ground to be useful...and  blueberries are good only if they are wild. There is a huge difference in antioxidants between wild and ordinary.. Unfortunately fresh wild blueberries are for sale only during summer and are expensive.

Food is healthful, you are healthy. Nobody ever or very few refer to foods as healthful. It makes me cringe when I hear that, so please say "food you are healthful" healthy! Thanks.

The Hospital emerg said I have small stone in my kidney. Now I have symptom like pain at the back upper portion.Any suggestion?
