I walk almost everyday and lift weights a few times a week. If I commit to anything else, I won't do anything. So, I figure any exercise is better than nothing and it's not like I'm hoping to live until 100. I'm just happy for any day I have more than today :D

I wanted to thank you for the vast amount of information you share with us. I have had a life changing experience with the Keto diet. I was suffering with severe migraines that were causing partial blindness, confusion, arm and hand numbness and severe headaches that would last at least 3 days. I’m doing 60 to 90 minutes per session per day now with my rebounder/mini trampoline for long duration low impact aerobic dance exercise. I found my endurance increased as I got stronger. I could only do a few minutes when I started. My skin is softer and smoother (all the sweating and extra blood supply I would say). Muscle tone coming back really nicely, I can see my neck again (the fat there is gone) wow I missed my neck. For the first time in my 64 years, I rate regular exercise in something that you love doing, over calorie restriction to shape my body. I do both, but without the exercise I wouldn’t have the muscle tone / cut that looks so healthy.

I do have a question— I drink shakeology every morning with almond milk. I add a handful of blueberries and strawberries. This has been my breakfast every morning for about 2 years. I thought this was a healthy breakfast but I’m now questioning this choice after watching some of your videos. I work in the operating room as a nurse and have to eat something in the morning, because I never know when I will get lunch (if I get one at all). Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I also drink ACV in the morning before my shake.

I had promise my friend to tell you that :she's a mom and suffers😅 from her must healthy kids I have ever seen 🥰(splings age 6 and 8), they eat fruits at morning and night, beaf, vegetables, drink only water...they hate fast food, processed foods and every thing you warn about

I've started HIIT w/wind sprints and burpees. Works really well for me! 15 - 30 walks on my off-days. That along with healthy Keto and IF, and the weight has been flying off!
