In this video, we’re going to talk about the best exercise for human growth hormone—sprinting! Sprinting is an explosive form of HIIT and has the potential to drastically increase human growth hormone.

Sprinting can be described as a short bout of full-speed running. Sprinting puts your body under maximum stress, but only for a short amount of time. Try sprinting for about 20 to 30 seconds at a time with 90 seconds of rest in between your sprints, working up to 8 sprints.

Sprinting can be twice as effective as injecting human growth hormone. If you also decrease your stress levels, increase your sleep quality, and do keto and intermittent fasting, you can really boost HGH naturally.

To best stimulate human growth hormone, you’ll want to do a short-duration, high-intensity workout with lots of rest. Growth hormone is stimulated by high-intensity exercise but decreases with the duration of exercise.

If you have any issues like knee problems that may inhibit your ability to sprint, you can do this same type of exercise on a bicycle or while swimming.

Previously sedentary people obviously should not start with a full out sprint. But, they can work their way up to this.

I just recently changed up my workout routine from steady cardio on the treadmill to switching to HIIT sprints on max incline on the treadmill, in which I always do in a fasted state as well. I immediately noticed a HUGE difference in my body. Been burning off body fat like crazy and my legs have been getting much more toned and feeling stronger (I also do an intense leg day at least 1-2x a week doing very heavy weights). The mental response I get after I finish my sprints feels amazing. My mind feels way more clear and alert and really helps with my anxiety and depression. But god damn it's even better now knowing what sprinting does in addition to HGH. So glad I started doing sprints in my workouts now lol

You don't need to sprint 100m. You can do 10 yards. Warning though.. if you are over 35 or not used to running hard take it easy and work your way into this. Stretch well and do some light strength training. Trust me, I've been running my entire life and the only time I really struggled with small injuries was in my late 30s and beyond. Now I need to do things consistently like stretching often and and light strength training (body weight training at home)... skipping helps condition the feet, calves and tibia. Take care of yourself.

I love how concise this is. I like how you mention other methods to stimulate HGH. I would like it more if you had more of an interest in physical exercise and could give tips on muscle growth and how you got muscular (you would have to become more muscular to do this), the reason why I want that is because you explain things in a lovely and clear way.

I have a 25 minute run that I do that implements this.
5 min 5 2
5 min 10 3
30 sec 10:30 4
30 sec 11 3
30 sec 11:30 4
30 sec 12 3
1 min 13 4
30 sec 13:30 3
1 min 14:30 4
30 sec 15 3
1 min 16 4
20 sec 16:20 5
30 sec 16:30 2
1 min 17:30 4
20 sec 17:45 5
30 sec 18 2
1 min 19 4
20 sec 19:20 5
2 min 21 3
2 min 23 2
1 min 24 1

The first column is the amount of time to run for each section, the second column is the time when you need to switch, and the third is the intensity. 1 being easiest and 5 being full-on sprint.

You’ll be sweating when finished!

This workout is damn brutal if you keep a light to moderate jog during your recovery. I felt my body falling over the last few seconds of sprinting once. Be sure to sleep well and eat enough to recover for 24-36 hours after.
