I've been collecting grip/forearm training movements like Pokemon cards for the past 2 years and I gotta say, these are really, really good. Also glad to have finally found forearm training moves I can do without any equipment.

This is brilliant. My wrists and hands are killing me from the computer. I couldn't even lift my palms on the 1st one but got it going with no weight and I'll start to add weight as the pain eases.

Stretches are not helping so I'm going to try this as isometric stretching without the weight and go from there.

These are great for strengthening and also discovering weaknesses you disn't realize you had, lol. Thought my wrists were strong and tried these. Good on all except #3: could put most of my weight on the other 3 but barely at all on #3. Perhaps it is a combo of flexibilty and strength in that angle needed... the flat on back of hand facing each other like that is the issue. Something to work on! Thanks!

im in the process of strengthening not only my wrist tendons but knee, shoulder, elbow etc tendons. I'm almost remarkably stronger for 3 weeks in. I squatted 300 lbs yesterday and my PR was like 280 a month ago

Didnt realize how little ROM I have in my fingers. That first one is insane to me. My fingers barely bend back at all. Good stuff.
