This small move that can make a big difference when seated for a long period of time. Lift your heel, hold, lift your toes, hold. Repeat 10 times. Do 3 rounds. These are great for airplanes, at the office, or anytime you’re sitting for a while and can’t get up. Hope it helps!

Kindly suggests some excercises for ppl with disabilities, like I have right leg polio effected, I want to improve my knee health as my whole body weight is carried by normal leg ..now the right leg is also suffering wd passage of time
