Quick stretch routine. No equipment needed. This routine can be done as a cool down after one of Kit's routines. It can also be a stand alone routine on a rest and recovery day. It can also be done when you first wake up in the morning or before you go to bed.

When I was doing the pigeon stretch it was amazing how tight my jaw got that was interesting, I had a total hip replacement in August and I’ve been joyed doing gentle stretching thanks 🙏🏼
