I'm 73 and I have been using some of your mobility exercises for a couple of years now. They have really helped me limber up and stretch my calves and hamstrings which have been susceptible to cramps. More than that, my mom, 103yo, has been using your exercises with me right next to her. She is starting to shuffle a bit and I want to make sure she has the strength to lift her feet and continue to climb stairs. She is doing well and improving. Thanks.

A good one mate. I am 87 and post knee replacement surgery and find it difficult to get off the toilet and this will help.

Thank you so much for these tips. I was only 23 when I was injured, but after surgery and physical therapy, I am rebuilding my strength and flexibility at age 65. It's amazing how much simple exercises can help.

I’ll have to try these. While I’m quite mobile I do want to learn new, fairly easy exercises. I’m 76, female, and do exercises every day to stay mobile
