I would truly advise to anyone that adding hip strengthening in definitely something ppl should do I’m not even 40 and is seeing an orthopedic doctor and surgeon now for hip replacements so just standing up and sitting down is definitely not enough for hip health and this goes for all your joints focus on them seriously keep them strong

I'm going to do this after my workout today I do kickboxing and mauy tai and this looks perfect for that.
