Get on all fours and rock back and forth nice and easy. Bias your motion left and right to add variation to this motion. Doing this hourly for 1-2 minutes at a time can greatly improve your hip joint mobility.

This guy is the best on hips! I’ve just bought the hip recovery program and I’ve quickly become addicted to it – I had an arthroscopy six years ago and have suffered a sore hip ever since – his hip recovery program makes total sense regarding my foot stride strength, weak glutes and thus muscle imbalances - if you have hip arthritis get his program – if you get it most importantly engrain it on your mind and become obsessed with doing the exercises – As I can tell you it works - it did for me - The exercises are a life process I am going to do forever – you have to put the work in though, just buying the program doesn’t do it for you ! good luck with hip pain it’s horrible ! but this guy really can help you! I’m confused in the other video you said don’t twist both legs but when going to one side this is effectively doing that, but on your knees ?
