40 Minute Full Body Strength & Cardio Superset Workout | CRUSH - Day 10

I'm so excited to finally be revealing some pieces from my very own custom fitness apparel brand, Royal Change! Today I am wearing our violet racerback sports bra and our lavender 7/8 legging both in size small.

Today is Full Body HIIT Bootcamp so be ready to turn up the intensity! Today is the first of 5 bootcamp workouts in the CRUSH program and you can expect to be working opposing muscles or parts of the body in this superset format.
This workout consists of 12 exercises for 30 seconds at a time and we will complete 3 rounds of 30 seconds per exercise before moving on to the next superset.
I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells to my 25 pound dumbbells so grab your water and let's go! I also used my bench so grab your bench if you have one so we can crush it together!
The exercises:
1. Squat Walk
2.Snowboard twists in squat
3. Curl and Press
4. Press Jack
5. Wood Choppers
6. Skater lunge hops
7. Reverse Lunge and a Half
8. Jump rope with split jumps or split lunge jumps
9. Chest Press and Tricep Skull Crusher
10. Left Middle Right light weight punches
11. Squat and single side snatch
12. Press Jumping Jacks
13. RDL to clean
14. Towel/MB slams/floor to ceiling touches
