40 Minute Full Body Strength & Cardio Superset Workout | CRUSH - Day 10

I'm so excited to finally be revealing some pieces from my very own custom fitness apparel brand, Royal Change! Today I am wearing our violet racerback sports bra and our lavender 7/8 legging both in size small.

Today is Full Body HIIT Bootcamp so be ready to turn up the intensity! Today is the first of 5 bootcamp workouts in the CRUSH program and you can expect to be working opposing muscles or parts of the body in this superset format.
This workout consists of 12 exercises for 30 seconds at a time and we will complete 3 rounds of 30 seconds per exercise before moving on to the next superset.
I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells to my 25 pound dumbbells so grab your water and let's go! I also used my bench so grab your bench if you have one so we can crush it together!

The exercises:
1. Squat Walk
2.Snowboard twists in squat

3. Curl and Press
4. Press Jack

5. Wood Choppers
6. Skater lunge hops

7. Reverse Lunge and a Half
8. Jump rope with split jumps or split lunge jumps

9. Chest Press and Tricep Skull Crusher
10. Left Middle Right light weight punches

11. Squat and single side snatch
12. Press Jumping Jacks

13. RDL to clean
14. Towel/MB slams/floor to ceiling touches

The pep talk at the end really resonated with me today. The other night I heard commentary that an Olympic athlete could squat 400 lb and I commented that I could maybe do 80. Friend told me he was pretty sure I could do it at least 100 (heaviest weight that I have at home is 50). So we loaded up his barbell to 80 lb and that was easy. 90 lb was easy. Did two reps with 110 and decided to stop because I was worried about splitting my jeans. I never would have tried 100+ if my friend hadn't challenged me!

My take away: We limit ourselves. We often surpass what we think we can do and what feels safe and best. We are more than what our minds and fears tell us we are.

I really like the superset format. For me, cardio is the hardest part, so I pushed myself to not slack off during the cardio portion and to not pause to catch my breath. I was surprised that I was able to dig deep and do it at a high level. Thank you Sydney for always encouraging us to go past our perceived limits.

Happy Valentines Day to me, self love is truly the highest form of care and compassion I can give to myself. Working out is one way that I give self love to me and I will continue giving myself extra love and care today by drinking 4 bottles of water, , eating my delicious meal prep, and giving myself hugs, .my best showed up today and now I can keep pushing past my best

I definitely pushed further thx sydney I crushed it. I start a new job today 🤗 I start a little later so I can do your 5 AM workouts everyday 💪 I didn't want change bc who likes change but I made the change and I start my new job today wish me luck!!

My version of pushing further today was cutting back the rest to 10 seconds between moves! What a great push - endlessly grateful for my trainer who always pushes me to the next level so I just have to show up and follow along. I'm currently a resident physician working night shifts - my other version of pushing past my limits today will be crushing workouts everyday this week on top of my 14 hour overnight shifts. Crushed it!

This is my fav kind of workout—full body, some cardio to get the heart rate up, and 40 min is the perfect amount of time.

Hello Next- Level me! That little phrase helped me push more. When I thought "I cann't do more than" or "this is my max weight" I could hear "Be Next Level me" & I showed up! Thank you Sydney. Since finding your channel you've been truly inspiring BUT Pregnant Sydney is a blessing to watch & to be admired. I push because you do &I am grateful that I can physically can do this when I know there are so many who are unable to.

Sydney, I wanted to finally write after following you for awhile. I am a very small time personal trainer on YouTube and wanted to let you know that I love your work out ethic! I use to train women who were pregnant and I love you are showing (with doctor's advise) that you can still stay fit during pregnancy. I am almost 61 and wished I knew that when I was pregnant with my girls. You inspire me! Keep it going as you are motivating so many people including myself!
