No Lunges! No Squats! Let's work our glutes and abs in this 20 minute booty burn workout! No equipment is needed--I'll be using my bodyweight only--but if you want to intensify the workout, feel free to use dumbbells. We'll start with a warm up, then glutes, then abs, and last but not least, a relaxing post-workout stretching routine. Let's do it!
