Love doing this! I notice my booty growing. This plus eating enough has definitely fueled my body and grown my butt! I prefer videos like these, very low music in the background and a lot of instruction. I always question, am I doing this right and Sami immediately answers them within seconds! ❤️

I know you have been lifting weights for a while. I was wondering if you progressively overload? like how do you make sure you keep your muscles challenged once your body adapts to your workout routine? like do you increase reps, increase weights, etc...?

Can you explain more about the positioning of the band, the muscles worked, how the placement affects results, etc.? I've noticed you sometimes have it down right above your knees, and other times its a lot higher up. Love you girl - can't wait for your platform!! xo
