YAYYY a new booty workout! // Werbung

No Equipment - No Excuses - No Breaks (expect for one haha). Super super intense, got me dripping sweat & my booty burns like fire while doing this. Make sure to give it a try - you'll hate me during the workout, you might end up loving me afterwards ♥︎

A lot of those movements are kind of challenging - if you need a break - take it! You will get better over time :) just don't quit!

The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise. There is one break in between.

I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to hit them from different angles. this was my first time doing this workout. I LITTERALLY died. But it was so worth it. I feel so proud of myself. I did it without breaks! If you read this, keep it up, youll be thankful

To all of you wondering if this works:
I had an eating disorder for about a year.I was so so skinny and I was extremly weak. Then I started eating more and I was slowly healing. After half a year, I was better and so much healthier again. But I still was not happy with my body because I felt like I literally had no butt. So I started doing Pams workouts, that was about March 2019. I did the 10 min booty workout and the 2and1 flat belly and round booty workout about 3-4 times a week. After 3 months, I saw a great differnce. Then she uploated this workout. I was so impressed when I did it because I saw how much stronger I had become. I loved this workout so much and I did it a lot of times. After a time, I nearly only did this 20min workout because i liked it the most.
Now, we have december 2019. During the whole time since this one here came out, I have not had one week without this workout, sometimes I feel all the views are mine haha. Since Sommer, I am doing this workout 3 times a week, like I never ever miss it. Sometimes I also do the 2in1 workout.
I have never ever felt so good in my body and I am just so so proud. I am so strong like my legs and my butt are REALLY strong and I feel sooo good. And well, I have to admit, my butt also looks great haha. Like its a HUGE difference and everybody compliments me about it. I also gained like 4 kg, of course it also some fat, but like me butt is always the way i wanted it to be and I am so confident about it. Pam, I am so thankful! And for everyone wondering if they should do it: DO IT!! IT WORKS!!! It needs time and patience, but trust me, the sweat is worth it!

First day, I stopped after 10 minutes (so painful)
Second day, I did full 20 minutes but (I was dead)
Third day, difficult still (felt sick after)
One week after still difficult, but I didn’t gave up because I saw the results.
This is my second week, and I can see my legs muscles no joke, My appetite has increased, I eat a lot more.

Is amazing!!!! I couldn’t see this results even when I was going gym and paying 85£ a month.
One big secret guys, do not give up!!! Do not skip, if you need a day break that’s fine muscles need rest but don’t become lazy after that.
Remember if it doesn’t challenge you than It doesn’t change you.

My bf broke up with me, he basically cheated on me and is now dating his ex. I was going trough a hard time- but I realized it’s time to change, I will start to work on myself- in a year I will come to this comment. And I will be stronger physically and mentally then I was ever before. Trust the process. Everything happens for a reason.
