IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. YouTubers optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching YouTube for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I finished the exercise without taking extra breaks. I'm on day 12 of summer shred challenge. And let me tell you, when I first started this challenge, i tried to do it but it was too hard for me and i just gave up. I even take huge day breaks during this challenge but i've been doing it consistently for the 5-6 days and i'm surprised to see the difference this quickly. So in conclusion : if you took huge day breaks like me, don't give up, you will get better!

I’ve never been so committed to workouts schedule in my life, I get bored easily from 5th day or sometimes even less. But thisss is so encouraging to do. I am now on day 17 for “weight loss challenge 2021”. Thank you Chloe 🙏❤

Wowowow I did it! Over 40 minutes of working out today. My goal when I started 2 weeks agowas to be able to make it 30 minutes without stopping!!

Hi everyone 😊. I’m Diana from Uzbekistan. Yesterday I started Summer shred challenge and today is my second day. This workout was the last one. Unfortunately I couldn’t do it till the end. I could do just 5:14 minutes. It was really hard for me 😢. But I’ll try to do all workouts till the end in the next days🎉

Day 12 of 2023 Summer Shred and this is included on the program. I am proud to say I can finally complete doing all workouts in this video for straight 60 sec, like Chloe does. Trust me, after being inactive on doing workouts for 2 years, I cannot do a lot on my first week. But what technique I did is I set a goal for me. For each exercises, I first aspired to do 30 sec. I am not forcing myself to do more than that. Killer sores followed after this haha! But now, I felt my body became stronger. And I was surprised I do not get tired even I am almost finishing the whole 60 sec. so I thought, why not do it for straight 60 sec? And now, I did. I am very proud of myself. If I can, so do you! At your own pace. Keep going. Sending hugs!

This was actually really fun. Killer but fun. For some reason knowing that each exercise was 1 min took away a lot of stress. I found my rhythm in each exercise and just went with it. Didn't even have to rest. I actually can't wait to do this one again.
