Only Anna is beast enough to do all these moves without stopping! This one is a killer. I had to stop multiple times in a lot of workouts. I thought my legs were strong, but Anna made me see, I could make them stronger 💪

oh my GOD. i never knew i would sweat so much from a leg workout. i had to take sufficient breaks but i still felt like i was gna die !!!! amazing burn and i cant wait to do this a few more times, thank u anna <3

I used two 7kg dumbbells for extra resistance (not for the one leg glute bridges though) and a booty band for the finisher. I never regretted anything more in my life! :D
