HIIT training is better for burning fat in such a minimal amount that it’s almost immeasurable. Steady state is better because the fatigue just isn’t there.

HIIT training also raises your hunger way more also. The difference is not worth the negative. Just walk 10-12k steps a day, simple

HIIT primarily uses up glycogen in your muscles. This is the worst way to lose weight. Low intensity cardio directly uses energy from fat cells, bypassing glycogen.

Agree on everything except number one. Hit isn’t special. You can burn more calories in a shorter time but it’s more systemically fatiguing. Honestly for fat loss it’s just preference for steady state vs hit

He is right with the water thing i was told as a kid by a health teacher to drink a glassnof water if ur still hungry after u eat then uf ur stilk hungry after the water eat morr cause as he said alot of the time your body just wants to be full if u ratio ur food and water intake during meals u can make yourself feel alot more full with not as much food i lost 80 pounds and id say it was definitely a contributing factor
