I have so much trouble with focus when im doing intermittent fasting so balanced diet is still the way to go for me. I got my diet plan from Next Level Diet and I recommend it to you.

Crazy that people have always been told breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Skipping it is one of the best ways to stick to a calorie deficit when shredding 👊🏻💪🏻

I eat a big breakfast, a modest early lunch, and skip dinner. This gives me energy in the morning while avoiding all of the food sitting in my stomach at night. I fast while sleeping anyway, so I feel this gives me the benefits of intermittent fasting and greater control over calories while avoiding many of the drawbacks of eating late.

Intermittent fasting has definitely been a miracle for me. Three months ago I decided to dedicate myself to it, and my start weight was 241. I wrote on an index card that my goal is to be 60 lbs lighter by June 26, and today when I stepped on the scale the number that flashed was 180 - 61 lbs lost. When I see my reflection on the mirror it feels like I'm looking at another man, but I am happy. Also, the fact that I was a big guy means that a lot of the fat converted to muscle (Sandow dumb bell workout helped a lot). Anybody who is serious about weight loss should consider intermittent fasting.
