this is 100% accurate. Calories are all that matter when losing weight. I was 6ft, weighed about 215, early 20's, and worked out 5 days a week for a little over an hour + a physically active job. I never ate more than 1500 calories a day and didn't have any problems. Did it for less than 2 months to hit 180. I'm pretty sure 2, 000 calories a day is overkill for most people who aren't very active. I was only uncomfortable because of the minor hunger cravings, but easily ignored.

because of this video my weight 85kg (recorded by my coach) turned to 82kg my height is 5'10 :)

just in 2 weeks

drink lemon water every morning must be warm water then after 30 mins you can eat your healthy breakfast.

just go to gym 4-5 times a week (please dont overexercise just listen to your body)

lifting weights then for another day do cardio... and so on.. if you feel boring do some activities such as hiking, sports etc.

eat healthy foods and throw your junk foods, sodas, avoid alcohol, dont eat at fast food restaurant!

base on my experience.

Thank you so much for posting this video. This really got me started on my weight loss because I never knew the technical side of it, it was kind of a grey area to know exactly the method to lose weight. After watching this I calculated my RMR, started limiting my portions at meals, and I've already lost 2 pounds after one week of eating at a caloric deficit, and my body feels so much healthier. This video was the starting information I needed to really turn my life around, so thank you!

The most basic stuff that every dietician should tell you but they don't because you wouldn't need them.
They should teach this in elementary school, this isn't a rocket science!

Really appreciate the truth in this video. People need to stop saying all it's a fast easy process, cause that's misleading. Calories in calories out is the truth to losing weight.

I would have a small proportion of granola in the morning..go to the gym afterwards and I burn about 500-700 calories a session..Then I would have a bigger proportion of lunch after my work out..for dinner I had small proportions of food.Try to also get rid of a lot of sweets and junk food.I would splurge of "cheat" from time to time but don't make it a habit.This method has helped me drop 80 pounds.I was 280 and now down to 190.

made the mistake of actually reading the comments section of one of these videos. It almost seems like people are searching for some small thing that you mentioned in your video, just so they could try to argue with you. Almost like they just want to be able to say that they are right and you are wrong...

I started out 195 pounds at a age of 16, now Im 176. I lost about 4-7 pounds a week is it bad?? Because you said to make sure not to lose more then 2, what do think is going to happen?

I've been dieting and exercising (HIIT) for a week and man changes were fast! Started at 85kgs, I don't know how much I weigh now because I don't own a weighing scale but I could see my abs when flexing! Plus I could fit in my old clothes now.

I just went through the caloric deficit thingy. I'll update you guys on my results after a month or so.

I have heard advice of several fitness youtubers to measure your weight every day when you wake up because your bodyweight varies and if you only measure the weight once a week you can get a wrong picture as to whether you are gaining or losing weight due to weight fluctuations. I have to say, they are 100% right, my weight oscillates around 1, 5kg (3-4lbs).
