Love this workout and I haven’t even done it yet. I know I love your barre classes and I’m happy to see a new one. When I’m feeling lazy I do barre. Bc my head thinks easy… but then I do your class and I’m happily fooled again.

I do this workout weekly and I love it so much. I am a strength/lift girl, but there is something sneaky about barre that is almost more intense than picking up a 20 lb dumbbell. Absolutely love the barre! Thank you!

I loved this. So many small muscles that are missed in more standard body weight and weight based programs. But you do that in your weights workouts as well! You rock! Thanks to you - and to Rachel 🙂

Thanks for inserting those scoops with the rear leg lifts. I always have lower back pain after too many rear leg lifts and this stretched everything nicely! (And yes...we should lift w the glutes, not the back, but sometimes when you get tired....)
