10 Minute Ab Workout with Mini Bands | At Home Workout | No Repeat

This 10 minute ab workout at home will train your upper and lower abdominals as well as the obliques! Grab a mat and your mini bands and let's do this!
This workout is the perfect addition to any workout or on its own if you're short on time, but want to target your core and abdominal muscles! Using a mini band is optional for this workout as it does increase the intensity for each exercise. I am using fabric mini bands during this workout, however, the rubber mini bands work just as well! You may have also heard the mini band referred to as a booty band, these are the same! You can find the mini bands that I am using down below at my Amazon store, or there are plenty of other options available online as well!
This no repeat ab workout is 10 exercises with a 1 minute bonus burner at the end! For each exercise we will work for 40 seconds and follow that with 15 seconds of recovery.
You can follow the modifications that I offer during the workout, you can decrease the working time, increase recovery, and you can omit the mini band to modify this workout to any level!
A few form reminders: For any leg lowering move, focus on keeping your lower back on the floor, once you feel your lower back start to come off of the ground, bring your legs back up to the starting position. During plank, don't let your hips sag or lift to the sky, keep everything strong and tight. You can modify the plank on your hands and knees and keep your focus on squeezing the abdominal muscles.
Remember: This is your workout!! Make it count and give it all you've got!
