Thank you coaches for your amazing work in helping us to keep fit. I'm beginnt to love these long workouts, I enjoyed this one too but didn't particularly like the timing with the 2nd workout and the rest period, too long. However, we do have the HIIT too to choose from. Keep them coming❤
