After 10 years, i am getting back to this video. Fitness Blender helped me lose 15kgs. I had made combination of low impact + pilates. When i started it was very difficult to keep up, slowly the stamina built. Now again after pandemic and child birth, getting back to fitness. Starting again from the same videos.

This was NOT easy (and I didn't feel like working out when I started it), but I feel incredible now that I've finished it! I had to modify the push up exercises, so I'm looking forward to coming back to this routine once I've gotten stronger.

I'm doing these little videos after 30 Day Shred. I'm just 3 days into level 3 (last one) and already lost 3.5 inches off my waist. Dude if I can do it, EVERYONE can do it. Keep it up guys!

I love fitness blenders high impact workouts but i was feeling lazy today, I had a long day and I left my workout too late into the night, so I thought I'd try a low impact workout instead- just to make myself feel like I've done something. To be completely honest I was'nt expecting a 'great' workout because I'm used to jumping around and sweating alot- but boy was I wrong. I LOVED this! I was sweating and I burnt 336 calories! FITNESS BLENDER, I can't stress how much I love you guys!

I have lost about 35lbs following this videos ...I do them all .... I started since April 2016 and of coarse clean eating and I also run. but this videos are really good.

Thanks for a great video. I am very much a beginner. I'm 5'3" and 225lbs. I am working on getting my weight down. I've already lost 10lbs! But have aloonng way to go. Thank u for making me sweat but without hurting my joints. And also not screaming in my face telling me "I can do it!" This was a nice calming way to workout. :)

When I started this video a month ago I could only get to about 17 minutes before crapping out. After doing this workout 4-6 times a week I can now finish it! I've lost about 5lbs regularly doing low impact beginner fitnessblender workouts and counting calories through myfitnesspal. Keep at it everyone! You'll get there.

Even though I do HIIT and strength, this still gets me every time. The slower pace means more focus and more burn! OUCH!

I have been following FitnessBlender workouts for a year now and I'm proud to say my fitness and endurance have improved so much that I can do level 5 workouts - and I enjoy them!!! My mum is inspired and wants to get fit like she was in her younger days - she is already quite active even without exercise and doesn't need anything TOO easy - so I introduced this low impact workout to her. She loves it and it is certainly making a difference in her overall energy levels and body! For everyone who wants to get back into the game I recommend this workout :)

I'm a beginner. First week of the 4-weeks-program. I had read the comments here one day before I did this workout and got the impression it would be "easier". I'm a total beginner and it wasn't easy for me at all. But it wasn't impossible either. I had to push myself really hard through it but I made it! So don't fool yourself, there will be a lot of sweating! :) But it was just right for a beginner, I feel amazing. Thank you so much!

Wooo! Now that's what I call progress. When I started doing this I wasn't able to do a single walk down push up and making it past half way through the entire thing seemed impossible. Now here I am and after doing a whole thing and I'm barely sweating!<3

Thank you Fitness Blenders! I am a 59 yr old male and was looking for a good, hard, low impact workout, and you delivered with this! It took me a solid 2 weeks before I could get through it all without pausing to catch my breath but it's all good now. Keep it up!

Note for my self
1st time : couldn't go past 23:43 was so tired for round two can't do full push up
2nd time : completed worked! round two was hard🥺 had to do half push up
3rd time : same as 2nd time still not looking toned yet
4th time : Coming back after doing 3 month of fitness blender strength training this workout was very enjoyable and relaxing finished it this time
Btw I lost 7 kg from doing workout with fitness blender mostly strength training hate cardio and eating clean will come back after a few months again 😉 goal weight is to loss 17kg 10 more to go not even half way yet
