On Amy: Manduka bra; Alternative top; DKNY leggings; Nike shoes.
On Rhys: Rhone top; Nike leggings; Lululemon shorts; Bombas socks; Reebok shoes.

I love how at the end he says “thanks for stopping by” like yeah I was casually strolling about and I popped my head in to SELFs studio for a quick dose of grueling pain. But definitely a great workout

I been doing this for 4 months straight including sit ups and other Ab workouts and I’ve gotten some nice results 😁

I- ... I think I died during the ARMAP, I was panting when I saw a bright light and a celestial voice that said "Come with us, we're all fit here". Then I woke up and the ARMAP wasn´t over

I really enjoyed these workouts. Perfect quarantine workouts. After the pandemic, I’m sure I will still stick to these SELF workouts. This is also perfect for those who travel often.

Enjoyed this class so much! I miss heading for HIIT classes pre-quarantine but this one did give me a good sweat even though it's 25 minutes. It was nice seeing the trainers out of breath themselves lol

Just done it. It feels like it's more strength rather than cardio... and that's good! I'm really good at cardio, but this pandemic didn't allow me to do more for strength, and indeed this workout was hard! next time i'll finish it all hopefully

This is my first day and I did 20 mins (2 rounds) and stopped cuz I felt like I will throw up😭😭😭😭 but I'm feeling much stronger now so love it

This is the only HIIT workout on youtube that i follow for the past 2 years. 2 times a week (excluding other weight workout once a week). It hits all parts of the body.

Not like other videos where they say its full body workout but 80% of em focus on lower body 😅
