Follow along with us for a 25 minute full body (no equipment) PLYO-HIIT workout if you're looking to get your heart rate up and take your bodyweight training to the next level! This is an advanced workout designed to elevate basic bodyweight movements into explosive power movements. We're taking you through a total of 8 exercises for 3 total sets. Although this is an advanced level workout, we provide a few modifications for a few movements that may be slightly too difficult. Try out this workout and let us know how you did! 🔥

Just when I thought I was doing good, y'all hit me with this one. 🤣🤣 Seriously though, you guys are helping me crush my goals!! I am 23 and need both hips replaced. I have been working out with you guys on both YouTube and Playbook for almost 9 weeks now and my hips are so much stronger that my surgeon is actually allowing me to hold off on both the replacements for now based on my progress!! So thankful for you guys!!!

been doin yall workouts w my classmates out here for about 2 months now and this one absolutely kicked my ass! felt grrrreaat! everyone in my class said they enjoyed the cool down afterwards. i think that it something that should be incorporated more often. thanks again yall. appreciate it!!!

I've done this workout several times. Today is the first time I followed Juice for the entire workout(even the plyo glute bridges!) Thanks for showing modified and advanced versions. Great way to track my progress.
