I almost quit halfway through because I was sore today and found the poses challenging. I felt defeated but just paused the video, had a little cry, then kept going imagining Adriene telling me that however much I can do is enough. So I'm here to tell anyone reading this, you are enough, and whatever yoga looks like for you, it's beautiful.

Day three is done 😊 and I wanted to offer words of support to anyone who (like me) found today or any other days challenging. I’m 53, not in the best shape with a dodgy knee and ankle but I stayed on the mat for the whole practice :) my poses may not have looked like Adriene’s all the way through but they were what my body could do today. So if you’re struggling, celebrate what your body can do today and notice the struggle in the poses that you find challenging and be grateful that your body is getting stronger 😊 The shift I want to see in my body is being present for all of the journey even the challenging bits. Not spiralling off to “oh I can’t do it”, instead focusing on what I can do today. And maybe I can do a bit more tomorrow. Or not ;) it’s all good! Thank you all for being on this journey with me!

i never though that I would find a plank easier than all those poses! I really hope I'll get stronger and be more balanced soon because this video left me shaking haha

I am celebrating 365 days of YWA. What a magical journey it has been. I am 73 years young. Adriene has taught me to love myself first so that I can love others with an open heart. I have learned so much about self care. Yoga gives you the tools you need to know how to share your best self with others. Thank you Adriene and Bengie. Every day on the mat is a blessing. I can’t wait to continue my journey with you and this beautiful community.

Today is the one year anniversary of my dad's sudden death. When Adriene said to grab something before rolling back, I imagined I was holding his hands and the tears streamed. It was/is a good cry, good tears. Thank you ❤💔

Was feeling a bit down on myself because this practice was really hard for me today. Lots of shaky legs and having to come out of the poses to rest for a second before going back in. But I kept going and I know Adriene would say what I did today was enough and seeing everyone else in the comment section echoing that made me feel a lot better!

Hello fellow people who start their journey later or go at a slower pace! Hope you’re having a lovely day and feel at peace with where you are.
I love these 30 day challenges but I never follow along on schedule, I find it hard to find the time. But I’m happy to be doing it at my own pace. Any day I get on the mat is one more! The 30 day playlist makes it a lot easier to come back to for me with my ADHD and decision paralysis, because it removes the “choosing which practice to do today” obstacle completely. I do miss out on the community aspect a little, so for anyone in the same boat: you’re not alone :)

this series is (in my opinion) a bit more physically demanding than some of the other 30-day challenges. At times, I find myself feeling inadequate and overwhelmed at the start if the practice, but by the end, I’m always reminded that I can do hard things. Thank you, Adriene. This challenge is just what I need in my life as I prepare to push myself in other areas. Much love. ❤

I love the way triangle pose is described as "an annoying pose." Adriene is so human and lovable.

Whispering, “I am strong” when I push into a plank pose is just habit now, after practicing with Adriene for a while. I missed her saying it in day 2, but today, she said it and I said it loud and proud and even let out a little giggle. Today was difficult and I was shaking a bit, but I pulled through!! Now time to chug some water & head to bed. Good luck everyone!!!❤❤
