In this 21-minute practice, we immerse ourselves in the art of tempo. We offer up space for ourselves to be seen, to feel, and to work it out. See what happens when you slow it down.

This session and the week of classes to come offer a great opportunity to practice returning to the role of the observer. Remember, the hardest part is showing up. You can and you will!

This is my first time practicing yoga regularly— 12 days and I’m amazed by how much strength and flexibility I’ve gained, and my back pain is going away! Thank you, Adriene, for making this practice accessible to so many people. ❤

this was harder for me than the previous days. i'm not feeling great today. still, even though i had to pause a couple times to shed a little tear, i'm still proud i finished it. see you tomorrow everyone!

One of this things I love most about Adrien teaching is that she constantly reminds us to relax our muscles and unclench. Most times I don't even realise I am straining, and these small reminders make a huge difference in my practice. Thank you.

I am going at half speed, doing yoga every other day. When I started today's practice the video had been watched 484, 767 times; when I ended it, it had been watched 484, 853 times. It's nice to know that even at my half speed, 86 people were doing yoga together with me today!

Good morning from Leicester UK 🦊 I have stumbled to the mat at 6am each day this week and slowly stretched back into consciousness with you all. Then afterwards, I scroll through the comments as I drink my coffee. So amazing to think of us all stretching and breathing together all over the world 🌍😍 Thank you Adriene xx

I missed yesterday's but got back on it again today. Instead of feeling bummed out from missing a day I am trying to reframe it in a positive way and say "I have intentions of doing this as often as I can!" Positive intentions are better than having a goal in terms of number of days and feeling bad about missing a count. Yoga at lunch time in Southern California, check!

Not even a quiver from Adriene on the lunge circles! Trickier than they look ;) Thank you for a lovely practice and am loving the core work in out of bed and into these practices are definitely helping my morning anxious brain and I am feeling more centred off the mat throughout the day with the breathe coming with. This is def the one to add to my favourite list. Good for the body after such a long week. My feelings b4 & after are : Rested body.... Centred peaceful mind....free soul. Idk what's different this time, but I am so much more committed than I've been in years. I'm using props to ease my recovering body back to flexibility and center. Noticing small but significant changes! Doing this with everyone is so powerful, 12 days🥳🥳 Thank you ✌️
