In this practice we embrace a key element to the centering practice. How to listen is such an important part of this journey both on and off the mat. When you wake up each day, when you arrive on the mat, what are you lending your ear to?

When we tune in to what brings us life on the yoga mat, we start to notice this spill into other areas of our life.

It becomes not just about what is capturing our attention, and what (or who) is the loudest. But rather it becomes about what serves you and what feels right for your mind and body.

Here after Flow and its lovely to see others doing the same! I've been dipping in and out of this channel for quite some years now but this is the first time I've been so consistent and it feels like such a sanctuary <3

I'm deaf so during the child pose I was not able to follow when Adri was speaking so I decided to let go and listened to myself and closed my eyes as I got into the child pose feeling myself breathing and using the mantra “I’m in tune with what feels good in my body.” That tiny moment was powerful! ✨

Hi!! I’m doing center the 30 day yoga in February 2025. Started today. Did it the first time back in 2024, after Prana… this one felt like a perfect fit. Anyone else engaging in this journey in February 2025? Love ❤️

Day 2 in the books! The only thing I'm missing in Center is the 'Namaste' at the end. I guess I'm just so used to closing up practice with Adriene with that, and now I'm missing its presence, but I shall continue to whisper it to myself and to all of you! Onto day 3

It took me a couple hours to convince and force myself to get to the mat and only after the practice do I realize just how valuable this is for the soul and how healing Adrienne’s presence is. It’s interesting to reflect on what life was like from the last 30 day challenge and how thankful I am to be in this new home with more peace. Now I want to learn what peace in the soul feels like and the lessons are right here. Thank you Adrienne!

Just finished day one and had to take a sneak peak at day two. While reading these comments, I started crying tears of relief and joy.
There has been so much negativity and toxicity in my fitness journey growing up, a time where my relationship with food and body was so horrible and no one noticed. Today I realized one of the many reasons I always come back to yoga with adriene- I feel safe and loved. I am not trying to manipulate my body to fit society's standards or shrink my body and eat a certain way to please diet culture, I am showing up for myself and my own mental health, I am focusing on HOW my body feels not what it looks like. THANK YOU adriene for being a positive light when I was so lost and hurt. Your very first 30 days of yoga was a peace to me in a storm. I have worked on my relationship with food but at the present find it so hard to commit to physical activity because of the negativity I connected to it( doing it just to shrink my body). But I am coming back to what I love and what I know is safe- yoga, and more specifically yoga with adriene.
Thank you much for creating such a safe space for all beings to exist and move.

Such a brilliant practice. I am 7 weeks postpartum, wasn't feeling myself (or like I had ANY time for myself!) So my new daughter's naptime is now officially my time to centre myself, no matter how much I want to switch on the tv and slug on the sofa - I am reclaiming back my time!

I woke at 5am to fit in day 2 before a busy work day. My alarm woke me from a very deep sleep and I very easily could have fallen back to sleep. But, I got up, made a warm cup of tea, fed the kittens, lit a candle and got on my mat. Feeling so at peace ☮️ Namaste everyone!

I couldn’t sleep last night as my health anxiety got really bad and I started to almost become over aware of parts of my body but this yoga practice brought me back to the reality of where my body is at but also made me realise the components in my life causing me stress that are manifesting itself in this way. To anyone reading this, you are not alone, you are strong, you are loved ❤️ thank you Adriene xx

It's been a nice one today. And I felt more capable to do some yoga poses than yesterday. It's so smooth and I enjoy feeling that stiffness and pain of my muscle.
