Best pilates and yoga instructor on YouTube. No waffle just continuous, clear and concise instruction. Perfect. The little reminders not to hunch shoulders, lift you waist etc, it’s as if you are watching and know that my posture has slipped 😀. I’ve slowly progressed over the months from doing your more simple classes and am now feel strong enough to do the slightly more challenging ones. Thank you so much

Woow! Finally I'm doing a pilates workout that is quite challenging and involves a good variety of movements and it doesn't feel like something is off and I'm actually aware and I really know what I'm doing at every move and breath!

I just love everything about your cool, collected and instructive videos. They are done in such a nice soothing easy flow rhythm. Bless your heart for sharing this with all of us on YouTube. i loved this class so much. it didn´t feel as tough as day 2! the ab exercises weren´t as intense. it was still really challenging. my lower back and shoulders feel amazing
