While I was laying down, my 6yo child wanted to join me. At first I noticed that I was a bit annoyed, as this is 'me time' for me but then I remembered what Adriene wrote in the introduction: "Let’s tap into what home feels like? This is the home stretch!!". I came to think that well, my home is where my loved ones are and it became eventually a very nice 'together time' with her, including hugs, kisses and cuddles. 🥰 Changing the perspective may make wonders. Have a good day everyone!

I’m flying away today and my flight goes at 5:30 in the morning so I’m here on the mat at 2:30 am. If someone told me a month ago, that I would be doing this with my free will, I would have written them off as crazy, but I’m proud to say, I did it! Thank you to all the people practicing with me! Lots of love in everyone

I literally showed up in my pjs today and said out loud “this is all I can give today” and then was met with this yummy practice. ❤ the universe works in mysterious ways but somehow as long as I’m giving it my all at any given moment no matter what that looks like I find myself feeling “lucky”. I feel that todays practice for me was the crossroad between self love and self discipline. I loved myself enough to give myself grace for not feeling up to it and discipline to show up anyway. And let me tell you, I believed it when I whispered “I am amazing”. ❤ so much thanks to you Adriene.

I don't know how she does it but she always seems to give me exactly what I need in that exact moment. Work has been hectic this week and I'm feeling a little broken this morning. I was feeling guilty for cancelling my usual Saturday morning Crossfit session. Hearing "harder faster stronger isn't always the best option' was EXACTLY what I needed to hear! Now planning a day of hot baths, reading and lots of nourishing food. Thank you, Adriene 💕

For me, this was the most difficult practice of the journey so far. Moving around and clearing my mind that way is much easier for me than staying in postures for a long time; my mind going wild and my body starts to object. So for me this is really practicing and practicing to be able to stay still, to stay focused.
Ease is not always easy 😅

Anyone who is late to those yoga practices but still showing up no matter how many days missed - you are amazing - there's still a community exercising with you. I went into this practice feeling extremely tired and realised that it is because I'm so overstimulated for the past week even by Adriene's voice which is saying a lot! I need to take more time just to support that over stimulation to calm down. I wouldn't have realised iff I was doing a faster movements, so this is perfect time for me to find out more about myself today. Thank you.

This practice was amazing! To my surprise, I really did notice my mind wanted out of poses. I stayed, breathed and observed and felt a bit more centered and in-tune with myself after each one. My mind gradually loosened it's grip and when I whispered the mantra, a huge, sincere smile came to my face. Thank you Adriene for this blessing and thank you, dear stranger reading this, for practicing with me. Sending lots of love💕

This is the type of practice I like. As someone that's not very flexible, I like to stay in the postures and take long, slow breaths to enable some relaxation into it a bit and stretch, if only ever so slightly. "I'm amazing" brought tears to my eyes.

Living very busy life but sometimes not sure what all these are really for. My body is awake and get things done throughout the day but am I really awake from the inside?

This is the only time I feel awake and alive. Listening to my own breath, noticing my body parts and movements, I feel a great amount of relief and comfort. The slower the practice goes, the clearer my mind gets. Very interesting.

Day 27. This is awesome. Not just mentally or physically, this 20 minutes daily activity is giving me a sense of accomplishment everyday. This short part of my day makes me motivated and excited.

Thank you Adriene for providing us a precious quality time.

I completed the 30 day journey but whenever I do not feel like doing an energised practice I come back to this one. Absolutely brilliant reminder that not every day has to be about being stronger or going harder. The soft and slow days are just as important.
