It’s time to improve your range of motion and build strength.
Try to enjoy today. Be careful of your regular programmed self talk!

Get curious. Ask questions.
Be kinder, cooler.
Believe in yourself and your beautiful body.
Stretch your mind too.
Seek smooth and controlled movement on your mat with today’s Day 3 practice.

Me, every time I do yoga:
<20 minutes in: oh I don't wanna do this, I feel lazy, omg I actually have to put some effort in? when it's gonna end?
>20 minutes in: OMG YESSS THIS FEELS SO GOOD I FEEL IN PERFECT HARMONY WITH THE WORLD & MYSELF

I'm already late and there'll be days I won't be able to do this, but I think I might actually finish this one! My record was finishing 29 days of Yoga Camp and not doing the 30th, just as if I wouldn't let myself accomplish anything.

Anyway, I've been visiting this channel for a long time, and it has really helped me many times, calmed me and made me connect my body with the mind. Thank you so, so, so much, Adriene! <3

(Also, a personal life goal: to live in a place where the leaves are green in January, haha! - greetings from Poland)

favorite of the True journey so far! (I know it’s early days). Loved:
- the gentle allowing of Benji
- something I love which I’ve noticed in many videos is how Adriene knows and acknowledges so many of the times I’m mentally happy or dreading or wishing a move was over, etc. like how she knows lying down is like yeah! Or acknowledges when something is painful (in the sense of muscle fatigue) and she’ll say things like “only 2 more” it helps me and makes me feel validated and understood.
- Probably the best thing of all to me is the integrity and down-to-earth quality. {Years ago I had dvd’s that I would only do a couple times because (though I hadn’t articulated exactly why) I didn’t like the pretentious vibe or all the fluff of music and exotic location and instructors who were so serene and serious...hard to relate to. I know some ywa vids have elements of music or different location but to me the heart of ywa is the at home practices where she is talking directly to me! ❤️ (ok talking to us all but the way I experience it just to me lol). And also I know what Adriene is bringing even if she does include those elements..Thank you lovely Adriene! Blessings to you and yours, including Benji 🐶❤️

Today’s STRETCH is the most enjoyable yoga ever !! I discovered you in April ‘16 and at 69 pretty stiff and unhappy. But I know my limits and your daily yoga has changed my life. Today’s is awesomely beneficial, one I’ll repeat often long after TRUE in completed. Thank you Adriene 🧘🏼‍♀️🤗👍🏻🙏💞

I can't compare that magical feeling to anything else when I practice yoga with you. I feel so powerful, balanced, happy and invincible thanks to you. My body and my soul are grateful. I've experienced how it feels when the positive energies flow through my whole body and every single itsy-bitsy cell starts to wake up and starts to live. From my toes right up to my brain. I love that when I hit play the vid only had a few hundred views and then when I got to the end there were over a thousand more. Lovely to know I was practising with so many others at exactly the same time. Big love to all <3

Day 3: found myself not being able to do the forward lounges and got annoyed at my body, then laughed because my motive is to love myself and realise toxic or negative thoughts.

I have tried many yoga videos but one thing you do perfectly is using your words to guide the practice which makes it so much easier to do it without looking at the video. I love you and appreciate your words. Day 3 done :)
