(b) Iso-Rack OHP to Iso-Rack OH Squat (3 reps/side)
(c) Iso-Rack Waiters Walk (50 ft./side)

A very demanding sweat feast, by our third round, we barely survived the second round, we were drenched in sweat and seeking the bathroom, so a real workout of the midsection and a real demand on our muscles . Yet another real shocker coach, keep them coming sir.
